The latest film from French filmmaker Rebecca Zlotowski blends elements of noir-thriller, mystery and black comedy in a story that brings out solid a captivating performance from Oscar-winning actress Jodie Foster.
Foster takes the lead as psychiatrist Lilian Steiner who receives word about the death of one of her patients. Unsettled by the untimely death, Steiner has a hunch that foul play was involved and sets out to investigate and becomes intertwined in a world of suspense that tips its hat to Alfred Hitchcock.
