About the film

North Shore High-schooler Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan) begins her first day of classes after spending years being homeschooled. As is often the case with a fresh face in the halls of any school, Cady finds it tough to make inroads with the students and teachers. When she strikes up a friendship with two other misfit girls, Cady learns about “The Plastics” – a clique of popular girls who are notoriously ruthless. Cady ends up making in-roads into The Plastics, but when she becomes infatuated with on of the clique’s ex-boyfriends, things get down-right mean!

With a screenplay by SNL’s Tina Fey (and an ensemble cast featuring several members of the show), Mean Girls is a smart and hilarious take on the typical “teen movie”!

About the film

When Tai, a new student who’s a bit clueless, arrives at the school, Cher decides to make a new project out of her by turning her into a fashionable and successful student. Things go well until Tai becomes too popular, resulting in Cher getting a taste of what it feels like to be without a clue.

About the film

Upon relocating to L.A. with her parents, troubled teen Sarah Bailey strikes up a friendship with a trio of students at her new school – each suffering from troubled home lives and emotional stresses from the tough environment of high school. Other students have spread rumors about these girls being witches, and they do, in fact worship a deity they refer to as “Manon”. Sarah fits right in to this new group – she too appears to have magical abilities – and ends up completing the coven and enhancing its power. Things go awry, however, as the group ends up vying against one another to see who’s magic is the most potent.

About the film

Thinking that her boyfriend has asked her to dinner to propose, SoCal sorority girl Elle Woods is surprised when he instead breaks up with her because he feels she isn’t serious enough to be suited for his future political aspirations. Desiring to win him back, Elle takes the LSAT, scores well, and gains admission to Harvard Law School.  However, she finds that acceptance in the Ivy League is hard to come by due to her California vibes and has trouble being taken seriously by her classmates and teachers. When she’s finally given the chance to prove herself, however, Elle demonstrates that she’s more than just a pretty (blonde-headed) face!
