Honey O’Donahue is a tough, street-wise gumshoe who usually makes a living digging up dirt on unfaithful husbands in and around the environs of Bakersfield, California. However, when a local woman dies, Honey finds herself enmeshed in a case centered on a strange church and the bodies start piling up. As she closes in on the culprit, she crosses paths with some real wacked-out characters and, just maybe, the love of her life!
