After being shipwrecked on a deserted island, ROZZUM Unit 7134 — “Roz” for short — powers up for the very first time to find herself all alone in an environment for which she was not designed…the wilderness! With no memory of how she got there and seemingly no one around to help, Roz is forced to adapt to and survive in this rugged world, leading her on a journey of self-discovery as she forms very human bonds with the island’s animal inhabitants and uncovers the mystery of her creation.
This wonderful film, reportedly the final movie to be animated in-house by the DreamWorks creative team, features an ensemble cast of top-notch voicing talent, including Lupita Nyong’o (as Roz), Pedro Pascal, Kit Connor, Catherine O’Hara, Mark Hammill, and Ving Rhames.
