Adapted from the novel by best-selling author Colleen Hoover, this new seductive psychological thriller stars Anne Hathaway as renowned author Verity Crawford and Dakota Johnson as Lowen Ashleigh, a struggling, up-and-coming scribe who’s hired by Crawford hires as a ghostwriter. When Lowen uncovers what appear to be Verity’s chilling autobiographical notes, she wrestles with the the disturbing content therein: the notes are filled with twisted confessions about Crawford’s husband Jeremy (played by Josh Hartnett). Lowen is forced to grapple with how she’ll separate reality from fiction, manipulation from attraction, and opportunity from obsession.
